The aim of the service is to prevent the need for hospital admission or facilitate early discharge from hospital back into the community.
This service looks to accommodate those who have been placed out of area and require accommodation in the service users own place of origin.
This service provides the users with respite intervention in order to avoid hospitalisation and/or loss of housing. We work with both the service user and their clinical team in reviewing individual progress and identifying further support needs that can be met whilst residing at our services.
These two properties are gender split to male and female units that are located in the same street. We have 11 rooms, some with en suite.
This service is staffed 24 hours per day.
