Laura Found
Laura Found has worked within the charity sector for over 15 years. Since starting her first role as a frontline delivery worker, she has held several senior operational roles managing regional employability, resettlement and other wellbeing services. In 2014 Laura moved into bid management, utilising her operational experience to secure multi-million pound government contracts in the areas of supported accommodation, probation, prison education, and community capital projects. Laura is passionate about creating social change for marginalised and excluded individuals, challenging unfair and unhelpful perceptions around mental wellbeing, mental health and homelessness and improving the lives of individuals who face multiple and complex barriers to accessing a fair future.
Laura has volunteered as a Trustee with Servol since 2015, taking a short maternity break between her first and second Trustee term’s. A keen runner and London Marathon finisher, Laura lives in Staffordshire with her husband, two young sons and hamster.
