Recovery Coordinators x 4

Servol Community Services is a well-established, registered charity that has been providing vital support and accommodation to people experiencing mental health challenges across the West Midlands and London. We offer a range of services, including 24-hour staffed residential care and semi-supported housing, helping individuals on their journey to stability, recovery, and independence.

A New and Exciting Partnership

We’re proud to be working in partnership with Commonweal Housing, an organisation dedicated to exploring and testing new ideas that improve the lives of vulnerable and marginalised people. Together, we’re launching a unique and much-needed service to support individuals who live with serious mental health conditions and have also been involved with the criminal justice system.

What This Project Is About

This new service is designed for people who face multiple challenges in their daily lives – such as finding stable housing, managing mental health, or reintegrating into the community after time in the justice system. Our goal is to provide them with the support they need to rebuild their lives.

We’ll be using a strengths-based approach based on the Good Lives Model, which focuses on helping individuals identify and achieve meaningful goals, reduce their risk of reoffending, and develop a sense of purpose and wellbeing. With structured support, we aim to improve overall mental and physical health, promote stability, reduce re-offending and help individuals live independently and safely in the community.

Why Join Us?

If you’re passionate about mental health, social justice, and making a real difference in people’s lives, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something innovative and impactful. You’ll be joining a caring, committed team that values empathy, empowerment, and inclusion — and you’ll be helping shape a service that can truly change lives.

At the heart of everything Servol does are our core values:

Caring – through a genuine commitment to good mental health support

Welcoming – in dealing with everyone regardless of status or situation

Respectful – alert to and understanding of everyone’s ambitions

Aspirational – focused on improving efficiency, innovation and outcomes

JOB PURPOSE:

In this role, you’ll be supporting individuals on their journey toward greater independence, wellbeing, and confidence. You’ll provide tailored, one-to-one support that helps people build life skills, connect with their communities, and feel empowered to live more independently.

Every day is different, and so is every person we support — that’s why we value flexibility, curiosity, and being a great listener. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, caring, and respectful environment where each individual feels heard, supported, and encouraged.

As part of a supportive and passionate team, you’ll help ensure that the care we provide is not only effective but truly person-centred — always delivered with compassion and dignity.

Please see job and person specification for full details of the role.
