Ken Jackson 

Ken was a Registered Mental Health Nurse who has worked in a number of mental health services across Birmingham and the Black Country. He worked for North Birmingham Mental Health trust at the time Home Treatment, Assertive Outreach and Community mental health teams were developed moving away from the institutional care delivered in large mental health hospitals. He has led community mental health services at an operational director level and in particularly worked closely with General Practitioners to develop mental health services in Primary Care.

He has a strong commitment to improving mental health services to communities.
