George Branch

George has been Board Chair for Servol for the past 3 years. An experienced senior manager who has worked in criminal justice and health sectors for over 30 years. He is currently an Assistant Chief Officer with the Probation Service with responsibility for the delivery of probation services, managing staff and working with statutory partners to protect the public.  He is passionate about disproportionality in health and criminal justice with a strong interest in ensuring mental health services meet the needs of local communities. He is an avid promoter of physical activities for health and well-being and has excelled at basketball to international level as well as mentoring and coaching at risk young people. He has recently taken up golf as his next sporting challenge. George is married with 4 children and enjoys family holidays abroad and in the UK.
