Avril Grant

Avril is a business owner, self-empowerment coach and a motivation speaker, aimed at helping people unlock their potential.  Avril owns her own business called A-vision.  As a self-empowerment performance coach, Avril inspires people towards positive behavioural change so they may achieve their best performance. Her robust belief in the potential of all people and in the importance of self-belief also has led her to work within the Criminal Justice Sector in partnership with Staffordshire West Midlands Community Rehabilitation Company, Pertemps People Development Group, APM, Catch22, Milton Keynes College, National Career Service and Ixion Holdings, leading participants to along the road to desistence and to achieve long term career success.

Avril has also delivered in schools, community groups, to the unemployed and those in the corporate world well along in their careers who want satisfaction from their working lives. Attending her workshops and accredited programmes inspires others to believe in themselves, overcome fears and to pluck up the courage to improve personal performance and turn their dreams into reality.
