Our very first Staff Values Awards event took place at the beautiful Fazeley Studios on 18th April 2024.
Bank staff and employees came from the London and West Midlands region to celebrate individuals who had gone above and beyond to demonstrate our organisation values.
Awards were presented in the following categories:
- Keeping Us Safe
- People First
- Most Creative
- Great Teamwork
- Most Improved Unit
- Star Bank Worker
The event was a resounding success and we look forward to our next event in London in 2025.
