Servol is an established charity which provides high quality accommodation and support for adults living with mental ill health.  We’re looking for a welcoming, experienced and resilient Senior Housing Administrator to join our team in Richmond and Wandsworth working across our four supported living units.  Our services are growing so this may expand.  This role requires working Monday – Friday and we are happy to be flexible with working patterns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide referral and administrative support for our supported living service working across our London housing units. 
  • Co-ordinate the referral and move-on process liaising with the team to prepare regular internal and external reports and statistical returns.
  • Work closely with our Area Manager to ensure that the service delivers on all targets, both operational, financial, and quality. 

Skills/experience/personal qualities required for this role:

  • An excellent communicator in order to negotiate, organise and flex to meet both the needs of the service and our external stakeholders.
  • You must have experience of working in housing or social care.
  • You must have practical experience of data entry and data analysis.
  • Proficient using standard Microsoft packages including Excel.
  • Experience of financial record keeping
